Kairi is the main protagonist of Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ½: Mark Of Mastery. She travels to a select few of worlds in order to pass her Mark Of Mastery exam.
Yen Sid also grants Kairi the ability to use Drive Forms.
Play Style[]
Kairi's playstyle is very similar to that of Aqua from Birth By Sleep. While she's more than capable physically, her prowess lies with a more magic- -oriented fighting style, being versed in all forms of it. Kairi has access to the evasion technique, Cartwheel, as well an offensive variant, Firewheel, when reaching a certain level.
Most of the abiliies are shared with Sora's abilities.

Limits[]
- Spellweaver: Kairi uses the power of light to hover the Keyblade in midair. Spell Strike, allows her to slowly attack enemies while also enhancing her magic capabilities. The standard combo while attacking is a four-hit combo and the combo finisher consists of her firing a ball of light. The finisher, Spellweaver, consists of Kairi performing a magical spinning attack, controlled by the analog stick.
Drive Forms[]
When Kairi uses Drive forms, she will temporarily take on a new appearance that grants her a separate set of abilities. Unlike Sora, she can use all of her drive forms without merging with party members.

- You get Valor form after talking to Yen Sid before the exam.
- You get Wisdom after completing Enchanted Forest.
- You get Master after completing Camelot.
- You get Final after defeating the Cloaked Boy in Mystic Woods.

Trivia[]
- Most players who are used to playing as Aqua in BBS will most likely have no problem adjusting to Kairi's gameplay.
- Kairi is usually seen wearing her hood in the game, as she is trying to look as 'cool' as Sora.
